Every organisation is looking for the edge and how they can innovate to stay ahead of the competition. The term innovate or perish is a buzz work in various corporate offices. Procurement teams are being asked to deliver more with less and find new ways to add value.

This course focuses extensively on the activities, tools and techniques needed to drive innovation, add value and mauver around various obstacles.
